Felt sad & lonely. Grandpa passed away the previous Sunday & had to head to the funeral home to set up the funeral later in the day. Haven't eaten much on my own since Sunday. Family has been force feeding me & have been crying most of the day. Don't feel like running but, went anyways since I haven't ran in days.
