4 x 1k, 4 x 200
Felt really good. First 1k was too fast and slowed down for the next three. 200s were okay, really proud I didn't stray too much. it was super windy on the track and i was scared i was gonna get hit by a football (i got hit by one in high school cause the football team sucked. like literally were on a losing streak for the longest time. like why join the football team if you can't throw or catch a football?) anyways 10/10 good workout.
