well i felt okay starting out, was pretty excited since it was more of speedy workout with the fast 200s. really went for it with those 200s but my calves werent feeling it in the end. they were hurting alot when during the rest and afterwards. but right now (at like 8) they dont hurt that bad. so i guess it was a "just in the moment" kind of thing.
