well it was okay. the first 2ks i felt great & wanted to pick it up a little more. but oh geez that last k really hurt. my calf seized up going into the last k & i could feel myself slowing down. at that point i just wanted to pr & im glad i did. overall a good race especially since i took a risk by picking it up early but a terrible race for my poor calf. & thank you hidaly for rolling it out, it almost made cry cause it hurt so bad. hopefully i'll be able to walk mostly normal tomorrow so i can get a run in :\

heather has been since 2012 after making a 911 call saying she had been drugged. a male voice was heard in the background & local law enforcement was unable to find her.
