Track was occupied and wasn't trying to get crucified by those territorial beasts so I mapped out a quarter mile on the tempo loop and Grace and I went back and forth on that (mainly only south, though, to avoid the wind bc we're pansies). First two weren't that solid but then I got into a bit of a rhythm. Barely scratched the surface of digging deep mental toughness wise, which is something I've been working to improve. I felt like I got better from this workout. Oh, and Grace may have set a 400 PR during this WORKOUT which goes to show how much she's improving. Very proud of her.
