Love this workout. Felt really good on the first set and the first tempo felt really easy since we were warm and opened up from the 5k stuff. Legs started feeling heavy towards the end of the 2nd tempo but we were hitting 5:30 almost perfectly and it felt so good. Last 5k bit got tough towards the end but having the group cheer us on was really helpful. Ryan, Justin, and Nikita killed it and it seemed like most everyone else felt good and had fun. Definitely a long time to be running around the arb but it was such a good workout and that feeling after an amazing workout is the best feeling in the world. So excited to see what these guys can do in a couple weeks.
