Headbands were on for this last event of the day. Edged out a guy by .01 to get second in the heat (wasn't gonna let someone do it to me twice in one day). Also ran a 400 pr on pretty achy legs, so that's cool. Richard thinks I can run 52 or something and wants to get me doing more REAL 800/1500 speed stuff, which I am 100% on board with.
