4x400 (5k), 10 min tempo, 4x400 (5k), 10 min tempo, 4x400 (5k) - 2 min rest for everything
Really great workout today. Felt amazing going into it and strong throughout it. Decided to do 3k for the tempos because that was the closest solid distance to 10 min. Got moving on the last 400s because I felt good even though I was also exhausted.
