Classic 10 x 1 on/off as my first "workout." Legs felt fine after lifting but that soreness will start to set in later. A nice crossing guard by a school hit the button to cross when he saw me coming so the light switched right when I got there and I appreciate that man a lot. Pretty easy effort and it felt good to get moving again.
