Notes

12 min plank exercise. I am very determined to improve at this. I took a few breaks when we did it at Oregon and I had to take some as well today. I'm being weak and depriving myself of the entire benefit of the exercise. Throughout this season it is my goal to do this exercise without taking one break. Watching others do this without breaks and going further in doing 15 min astonishes me. The shear physical strength and mental focus of some of the guys really impresses me. I hope to be looked at like that later this season.
