Notes

Did this on the woodloop path, so pacing was a bit slower with the roots and turns and all. Alan did the first 2 with me. I felt strong and was proud I was able to do 4. My stomach/chest felt tight and hurt a bit towards the end; I think I should be eating something small before these workouts and long runs to try to prevent feeling bad. Solid workout. Legs don't feel terrible.
