Chilly and windy day, not great for mile repeats. Had to quickly drive to the gas station for the bathroom after the 2nd so that rest was about 6:20. I shortened the rest to about 45 sec after the 3rd and 90 sec after the 4th. I felt strong overall and more warmed up after the first couple. Didn't feel like I was working very hard until the last lap of the 5th (~72).
I plan on doing 5 x 1k next Friday to see what 5k shape I'm in.
