Wanted to have a really solid workout going into this but didn't think I would with my arches aching a bit and I assumed my legs were gonna feel really heavy once we got going, but I really felt amazing. Haven't done a 40 minute tempo since the end of the summer and after starting conservatively, I felt so strong once we got into it. Got moving with Colin the last half mile or so down to 5:00 and felt so smooth after feeling kinda choppy for the first half. Definitely my best workout in awhile.
I'm coming.
