4 x 3min at 8k pace, 75 sec recovery. I got into these more and felt stronger towards the end. But not doing workouts for a month and now not being able to keep up with guys is frustrating. I just want to be happy with my performance Saturday.
today is not race day. we all ought to sprinkle some grains salt on our good and bad performances today.
