Not sure on the distance but it felt like we were going around that pace. Did this with Butch. Wasn't my best day so I stopped at 15 as he did 5 more. I think aerobically I was fine but my legs were just a bit gassed. Might have to take easier days a bit easier. Butch looked really smooth, I'm excited to see what he does Saturday.
