With Eli for the first 12 and Mia the whole way besides my 1.5 add on at the end because I wanted to get the legs turning. Warm again but felt much better than last week. Hydrated a ton and had 3 gels. Mia got dizzy so we took some short breaks in the last 6 but she did really well overall again. I'm really curious what I'll actually run for the marathon portion. Tri suit felt great overall besides some armpit chafing.
