Did drills and finally felt nice and loose for this. Didn't want to push too hard, but this was solid hard effort without getting too uncomfortable. My upper right leg has started aching. It feels more on the inside, not like soreness on the outside of the muscle. Possibly my femur but I hope not. I'm crediting it to the mileage raise and mostly running on pavement. Hopefully it goes away soon.
