Headed over to this year's regional course to begin to get a feel for it. Saw some ultimate frisbee-ers and an old Indian couple meditating. Shins are feeling delicate - not hurting, just a bit fragile. I'm sure this is just from the weekly mileage progression, and predict that it will diminish as I get more into it. Will keep ya posted. Grace comes and gets me tomorrow, but we aren't leaving before we have some of dat Papa Del's.
