Arms @ ARC w/ Grace
DB curls - 3x12 w/ 15s
BB curls - 3x12 w/ 21 (weird stick "barbells" on the upper level)
DB twist curls - 3x12 w/ 15s
Cable curls - 4x12 w/ 20 (last set really slow)
Cable extension - 1x12 w/ 22.5, 2x12 w/ 32.5
DB kickback - 1x12 w/ 12.5, 2x12 w/ 10
Incline overhead extension - 3x12 w/ 15 (honestly don't even remember what weight this was but i suck at this one)
Obviously I'm very weak but hey at least im transparently weak. I really don't know anything about lifting and I really want to learn. When i actually get some free time i'll be doing some research.
