First workout in over a month. 2 min easy, 1 min hard. Was getting to .21 - .24 miles during the hard minute. Got some pretty tight calves from this but felt very strong, smooth, and comfortable overall. Karolina even rollerbladed along with me which provided some very nice companionship. Excited to see how Thursday goes heading into Nats this weekend.
