Went out kinda slow but I didn't know how to pace this. Got into it after the mile and moved with Josh before breaking off and bringing it up a gear. Finished strong (trying to get under 9 once I heard I was ~8:04 with 400 to go) but definitely have more left in me to give earlier on. But it was just a time trial. I'll have more chances later on. It is only January...
