6:33, 6:38, 6:14, 6:00, 5:51, 5:45, 5:32 pace for the last .4. I felt very good and confident on this. Legs would get tired but I just pushed the pain out of my head and kept running. Definitely getting stronger on these longer, faster, aerobic runs and mentally tougher which I think is gonna help a lot in a race.
