Thresholdish mile repeats. I love this workout and missed it. Had kinda long rest (2:50ish) because we were just focused on hitting times. I want to do this weekly, so next week I'll go for 4-5 reps with shorter rest. Went really well today and felt pretty easy overall.
Zoom Flys felt pretty nice. I know they're meant for roads I just wanted to try them for the first time today. I'll probably wear them for tempos, road intervals, and faster long runs.
