Gonna do mostly time based runs over break. Something like:
M - 60 min
T - 45-60 min
W - 70-75 min
TR - 45-60 min
F - 60 min
S - 30-45 min
SU - 90+ min
Working on a group based training plan for the club for track. Not sure how everyone will respond to it but I want to provide clearer guidance and coaching so those who need it can better understand my process and thinking.
