First run in over a month, I felt pretty strong, considering the lack of running. Cardio is right back to square one, but I couldn't have done this run a year ago, so I'm not too discouraged. Heartrate was up to 186 BPM into the 3rd lap so I kicked it up a notch just to see how far I could take it. Hit 197 BPM towards the end of the lap, I still felt relatively strong though so I thought, what the hell, let's see if we can break 200 BMP, so I kicked it up another notch. I've felt worse after other runs. Probably shouldn't do that, but damn, it feels good to get some oxygen back into the system.
