Notes
A titty bit nippley this evening. Good run considering I didn't eat worth a damn today. I did develop a nasty side stitch, which lasted for about a mile and a half. I think I can attribute this to the nuts, bananas usually don't impede my running.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: energy drink, Doritoes, "The Bomb" (redhot burrito)
Prerun(15 min.): banana, handful of nuts, water
