I wasn't anticipating running this far today, but the general consensus between Kenny and I was that we both felt really good, so we did a little exploring with the Garmins. However, this was way to long a run to do without fluids, I was fine up until about the 13 mile mark and then I ran out of "fluid" so to speak, HR started climbing and the legs started getting a little wobbly. I don't think I would say I "hit the wall", but I definitely crossed some kind of physiological threshold. Dehydration being the main culprit here.

I'm learning to respect "the distance", If I'd have kept my avg pace for another 10 miles, I'd have had a 3:52 marathon time, but to be honest, I don't think my legs had another 10 miles in em. Dang good run though. I'm feeling good about the numbers.
