Had a really stressful day at work, and developed an uncontrollable urge to run my ass off. 90* outside, so I decided to give the sports complex a go. I don't think they have it airconditioned, but the indoor temp wasn't bad, especially with a fan blowing directly on me. Considering the fact that I haven't run in 8 days, I was feeling pretty strong throughout the run. Maybe I can find my Mojo, and start a regular routine again, this summer heat is a killer.
