My fucking shin hurts. I was actually limping at several points during this run, particularly after I had stopped for a drink and had to start back up again, that's when it really hurts, then the pain eases up after a few minutes of running, I'm seriously considering calling it quits on the running for at least 6 or 8 weeks. I'll just have to take up spinning or swimming to keep my cardio up, then hope for the best come October 19th.
