What a gorgeous day. Perfect day for a run, decided to leave the Java Bean at home today. I pushed the heart rate up a little higher than normal today, only 4 weeks to my race and I'm not feeling like I'm where I should be, I think I'll start running at an average of 155 bpm from here on out. I've got to start eating better too, my diet has been real crappy lately, and It makes itself very apparent during my runs, i.e. feeling sluggish, lack of energy, increased HR, etc. Drink more water!
