Not feeling very good today. Shin is still inflammed, and I was getting a intermittent, sharp pain in my knee, just below the patella on the interior side of my right leg. Heart rate was running abnormally high today as well, this might be attributable to dehydration, although I felt I was reasonably hydrated today. Probably just having an "off" day.
