Time to start training for the Canyonlands Malf Marathon in March. Easy runs are going up to around 8:00/mi., Tempos around 6:30/mi., and Intervals up around 6:00/mi. Could be a tough 12 weeks, or it could be great. It's going feel really good if I cross the line under 1:25:00.
