Had to force myself out the door tonite, but once I got going I felt great. Still keeping the HR around 150 bpm, really sucks going up the hills, only because i have to plod, in order to keep the HR down. Did one hill fartlek coming back up the 15% grade from memory grove to 'A' St. That got the HR up a bit, felt good. Today is the first day of my 8 week training program for the Winter Sun 10k, got to stick with it from here on out.
