i think im starting to feel the "trial" part of the trial of miles. this run was probably unnecessarily long but oh wells. overall felt good and wasn't feeling sick anymore which was a plus (shout out to the champaign county fair and its food for destroying my stomach yesterday) listened to some lil uzi until about 6.5 miles in when my phone died (that was the real challenge) idk the pace but last i could check it was around 8:27ish so im guessing i ended at 8:40 probably splitting my 10 miles up tomo and taking them easy
