I've done lots of huffing and puffing and grunting and groaning on lots of race courses, but Steamtown was the first to make me cry out in agony. Got a good run going, quads were pretty trashed by mile twenty but worked really hard to push the effort and hold pace. 19th overall, 3rd men's master
