Bask dropped by for an easy five in the midst of his Ironman training, I was so excited to run with company that he had to hold my shirt at one point to slow me down. Felt like I had wings on my feet. Second loop was much harder, back to lonely solo miles. Really humid, had to put on a headband to stop the sweat from getting in my eyes before heading out for the second loop.
