Nice controlled workout. I probably should have gone but I was afraid I'd get sucked into something too fast for a pre-New Bedford workout.

We were a little hot (but just a little) at first, then settled in and stayed pretty consistent. The opportunity to go too hot was there, but we let J and Titus and a few others go. So we had beneficial peer pressure, the voice of reason kind. We managed to not mess up, but we would have heard it from Coach if we started to. The track can sing a Siren's song, so it's always good to have backup.
