Felt like death going up the hill, but did OK once I got to the track. 4 sets of 5 x 200 each at 37 to 39 except the last one at 35. Better than I expected, pretty happy with it.

Almost feels like cheating, you get going and then you're shutting down. But I haven't been able to get any speed going lately, and I'm hoping this (and hill repeats) will help a bit with turnover.

I actually think doing 200s is a pretty brutal workout. You are running so fast that you are using some untapped muscles that you don;t regularly use at slower paces like 5k pace. I usually feel very sore the next day after doing this workout. However, it's a pretty phenomenal workout to get some top end kick into your legs.
