Legs were feeling pretty beat two days after a 22 miler, so I doubled up my warmup to 4 miles. Goal was to run six 800s between 3:00 and 3:15, mission accomplished with 3:00, 3:00, 2:58, 2:57, 2:57, 2:56. Workout was done at just under 9 miles, decided to trot around the Rat Dome to run it up to 13.1 miles total. Mind numbing suckness, but got it done.
