Track at Belmont Hill with The Kid, 3200 @ marathon pace, 1600 @ 10k, 1600@10k, 800 @ 5k, 800 @ 5k with 400 recovery. Nice way to bust out of the training doldrums, for one day at least.
The Kid's a good replacement, it was odd doing this workout alone and no water buffalo to block the wind

It's odd doing any track workout alone, and much more challenging. Good stress relief though, if you have a major life event on the not so distant horizon. Got one of those, or something? :)
