was pretty beat coming down off the hill on a hot and humid afternoon, but decided to try to add the firehouse loop. even though i was just shuffling i had to take a couple brief walk breaks. bash and buchholz gave a shoutout as they rode by, a bike ride was probably a much better choice on this particular afternoon.
