Notes

Went long before the roads get even narrower. Set out in trail shoes hoping the bikepath was snow covered, but WAY too icy. Not great footwear for road running, but I got it done.

Uh, I wouldn't go quite that far. Still takes me quite a while to get going, I don't feel like I have any power/burst ability, and getting under 8 minute pace feels like 5k effort. But at the moment I can run a bunch of 8 minute miles comfortably after loosening up, and every day I feel a little better, I think pretty soon I'll forget entirely about the pull/strain/whatever I did to myself.
