Sometimes when you're running strong, everything on your route seems small. You're running like Gulliver, did I just cover that mile in a couple strides? Yesterday's XC race ensured this would not be one of those runs, every straight seemed twice as long, every hill twice as steep. A good effort to put in my running log and memory bank.
