Headed to Belmont Hill with The Kid, looking for 10 x 400. After 4 x 400 I was ready to call it a day, but switched down to 200. Was able to get the workout distance with 13 x 200. 400's might have been a bit ambitious on my part, think I'll run 4 sets of 5 x 200 on my next trip to the track before trying to increase interval length. Onward.
