Sunny and really humid for Ribfest, but I was able to straighten my back up without pain when I got out of Peggy's car. That was a good sign, and the run went better than expected. Ran the first mile too fast (6:10 according to Chris Hancock, my new Garmin didn't start) and pretty much ran out of gas at the halfway point.
