Set out as tres amigos once again, and picked up Amanda to make cuatro. Had pacing assistance and good company from Dan Button and Austin Sussman to mile 16. Shortly after they dropped, a really steep down locked up my lower back and I had to work pretty hard to maintain effort and pace. Ran pretty steady and finished pretty strong on the bikepath, passing a number of runners including Alex. Summoned a really strong kick to take Mike Cooney on the grass with about twenty yards to go, that was really hard. Really happy with this one.
