Had the pleasure (and benefit) of Mike Girouard's company once again. Fought hard for a 13 second PR, less than a second a mile but on a windy day I'll take it. Love this race, New Bedford (as an Angry Chicken) is more fun than humans should be allowed to have.

So mile 5, the "too hot" mile, was 5:46...and then we liked it so much we did it again for mile 7, sweet!

Really impressed with you miles 11 and 12...that's where you lost me. Great race!
