I know, I know, I'm running out of excuses for why my runs are straight trash. Today I felt terrible as a result of more of the same poor conditions and my weak cardio. Summer training is really starting out rough but I'll get to a comfortable level eventually.
Quality 5/10
Pros: I didn't die on my run, that's always pleasant
Cons: okay I did die but only emotionally; not physically
Effort 8/10
Ermagherd tomorrow I leave for NYC to start my ride! HYPE
