Welcome to the wacky and whimsical world of Arturo's Winter Logs. Today I started my break running with a cool 8.5 miler. In terms of long runs this isn't very long at all but I had a late start to the day and had a lot of stuff over the day so the only time to run came late when I did not have the energy to go very far at all. This is also why I'm logging so late. Ah as I typed that i noticed my laptop time is off by an hour, better change that #JustMarylandThings. Otherwise, this was a pretty good run, felt fine and the weather wasn't bad at all.
Quality 8/10
Pros- it's good to be back/I feel healthy/I am watching Rogue One tomorrow so that's exciting
Cons- Couldn't get as much mileage in as I should have
Effort 7/10
I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.
