So that 5:42 is really only my first race interval. my thresholds were both 5:55ish. I only ran two race intervals and the second I didn't even time. However, in the grand scheme of my workouts of recently his one could have been worse. I think mostly my poor workouts are caused by poor mental strength and that should change once we all run together.
Quality 7/10
Pros: Ran most of it decently, I did run into Josh briefly
Cons: I just want to workout with people
